Essential Oil Tip of The Week...Clary Sage!!!

Clary Sage

(Salvia Schlarea)

Item No. 3521 15ml
Whsl: $47.50
Retail: $62.50
TIP 1: Applied topically, it can help reduce wrinkles by tightening up the skin and reduce pore size. However, when first using this oil, dilute it with a carrier oil before using it NEAT (undiluted).

TIP 2: A great oil to use, in combination with Processence Plus, Idaho Blue Spruce and Endo-Gize to help women as they are going through menopause.

TIP 3: If you have liver spots, try applying Clary Sage to that spot to reduce it.

TIP 4: For hormone imbalance...think PMS and hot flashes here, Clary Sage could possibly help ease that discomfort.

TIP 5: Clary Sage is also a great oil for diffusing for a mom while she is in labor.

BONUS TIP: If you experience night sweats, you could try using Clary Sage, a little on each big toe, before you go to bed at night.

* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.

PROPERTIES of Clary Sage include: natural phytoestrogens, uplifitng and relaxing
