Essential Oil Tip of the Week...MultiGreens!!

MultiGreens
Item No. 3248
Whsl: $39.75(120 capsules)
Retail: $52.30
TIP 1: If you have a slow metabolism, take 3 capsules once or twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before meals. For stomach sensitivity, take with meals.

TIP 2: If you have a fast metabolism, take 4 capsules once or twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before meals. For stomach sensitivity, take with meals.

TIP 3: MultiGreens are great if you are the type of person who finds him or herself getting slow and sluggish after lunch. They are great to help keep you moving until its bedtime.

TIP 4: Any diet guru will tell you to eat more greens...why? Because they are good for you! This product is just another way to boost your green intake!

TIP 5: MultiGreens may not be as "fun" as stimulant drinks...caffeine and sugar in coffee, pop and energy drinks; but what is great about them is that they give you steady energy without the insulin crash that the sugar in the stimulant drinks create...or having the toxins in the "diet" stimulant drinks

* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.

Essential Oil Tip of The Week...Progressence Plus!!

Progessence Plus
Item No. 4940
Whsl: $37.50
Retail: $49.34
TIP 1: Menopause is a "special" time of life for women and often leaves her with many discomforts. Often times when that gal gets the chance to try Progessence Plus, her discomforts fade away, discomforts like: hot flashes, weight gain, night sweats, decreased libido.

TIP 2: Another "fun" challenge of woman-hood can often times be cramping during your cycle. Rub a drop or two on your neck and see if maybe that doesn't help your cramping.

TIP 3: There is nothing easy about being a mom, there are many rewards, but there are many challenges, including the whole "patience" thing. Mom's hormones go through many ups and downs with being fertile, then being pregnant, than shifting into postpartum mode and if mom nurses...yep...more hormone work! It's no wonder that mom's hormones are out of wack and her tolerance to the needs of young ones can often times be tested. Many moms experieince a certain "balance" when they start their day with a drop or two of Progessence Plus on thier neck.

TIP 4: There are many things that contribute to postpartum depression, but the bottom line is hormones for many women. Progressence Plus and OmegaGize are a great combination to help mom make a smoother transition into life with her new wee one!

TIP 5: Some women have a cycle that shows up like clockwork, and then there are those who are happy if it shows up twice a year! Your body is controlled by your nervous system, it tells your body when and how to do what it does. To best help your cycle, make sure your nervous system is functioning at it's best! From there, you may need to help your body regulate it's cycle with natural progrsterone and Progessence Plus is just that! A drop or two on your neck each day and see how that boost helps your system.

PROPERTIES of Progessence Plus:

Peppermint Essential Oil has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and pain blocking properties. It is soothing, cooling and dilating the respiratory system.

Copal Essential Oil  has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It is a powerfull anti-inflammatory and helps the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems as well as muscles and joints.

Frankincense Essential Oil  has anti-depressant, ant-infectious and immune stimulating properties. The high sesquiterpenes level stimulates and oxygenates the limbic system of the brain which elevates our mood and helps us relax (overcome stress).

Cedarwood Essential Oil has anti-infectious, anti-fungal and sedative properties. It stimulates the pineal gland which releases melatonin. It is calming and purifying.
