TIP 4: Females suffering from heavy cycles and cramping might find this oil helpful. Put a drop or two in your hands and rub over your uterus area.

TIP 5: If you follow the thought about cypress helping with bleeding then don't forget bleeding that occurs under the skin...bruises. Put a drop onto your bruises.

Therapeutic Properties of Cypress: astringent, antiseptic, antispasmodic, deodorant, diuretic, haemostatic, hepatic, styptic, sudorific, vasoconstrictor, respiratory tonic and sedative.

* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.
