TIP 1: Perfume...want a perfume that is minus the chemicals, then Joy is the oil for you!

Essential Oil Tip of The Week...RC!!!

               RC
(Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil,
 myrtus communis oil,
 pinus sylvestris (pine)
 leaf oil, origanum vulgare
 (Vulgare) leaf oil,
 eucalyptus radiata leaf oil,
 eucalyptus citriodora leaf oil,
 lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil,
 cupressus sempervirens oil,

TIP 1: Try using RC to open your lungs to help with your seasonal induced asthma.

TIP 2: Try applying it on your bone spurs, rub it on several times a day to help dissolve them.

TIP 1: If you are working with children, diffuse Peace and Calming into the air to help keep the mood stress-free =)

Essential Oil Tip of The Week...Panaway!!

PANAWAY
(Wintergreen [Gaultheria procumbens],

helichrysum [Helichrysum italicum],
clove [Syzygium aromaticum] and
 peppermint [Mentha piperita]).

TIP 1: Rub on sore muscles after working out or doing some cardio work!

TIP 2: Rub onto joints where you are experiencing arthritis like pain.

TIP 3: If you have children who are experiencing growing pains, dilute panaway with Young Living's V6 oil, or olive oil or other gentle oils like that and rub into the are that is bothering them.

TIP 4: To prevent bruising after an injury, apply to that area.

TIP 5:
Rub into sciatic or back area to relieve discomfort.
