New Patient Special

Just a reminder, of our current New Patient Special.  From now until June 22, any patient new to our office will receive a:

  • Consultation
  • Exam
  • Computerized Nerve Scan
  • Any Necessary X-Rays
  • Complete Report of Findings
All for just $37!!!  (Normally $195)
