TIP 1: Try using RC to open your lungs to help with your seasonal induced asthma.

TIP 2: Try applying it on your bone spurs, rub it on several times a day to help dissolve them.

TIP 3: After visiting the dentist and being numbed, try rubbing RC on your cheek to help the numb sensation to go away, super fast!

TIP 4: If you experience bloody noses, try rubbing RC on your nose and cheek bones.

TIP 5: When fighting coughs and sniffles, try rubbing RC on your chest.

Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.
