TIP 1: When you have that dry cough that just bugs you and won't go away, rub a drop of this eucalyptus on your chest and throat area and watch that cough settle!

TIP 2: If you have a cold, stuffy nose and yucky cough, try filling a diffuser with water and a few drops of eucalyptus and settle yourself into a closed room with the diffuser near by and just let the oil diffuse over you!

TIP 3: Sinus problems? Rub eucalyptus on your chest or diffuse it near you for some relief.

TIP 4: Use in combination with lavender, Ravintsara and almond oil to help ease the discomfort and pain of shingles.

TIP 5: Migraine headaches could be eased after massaging the sinus points on your feet with eucalyptus and peppermint.

BONUS TIP: Some people have had success with applying eucalyptus to their acne.

* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.

PROPERTIES of Eucalyptus radiata include: anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-aging, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, deodorant, insecticidal, mucolytic and expectorant.
