Essential Oil Tip of The Week...Gentle Baby!!!

Gentle Baby
Item No. 3345
Whsl: $43.50
Retail: $57.24
TIP 1: This oil has been a favorite oil for pregnant mommas to use on their growing abdomens to help prevent stretch marks.

TIP 2: If you have dry or chapped skin, or your child has a diaper rash, this oil is very soothing.

TIP 3: This is an amazing oil to diffuse in your room when you are finding yourself stressed out! Just add a couple drops into a diffuser. If you don't own a diffuser, put a couple drops on a cotton ball, coffee filter, paper towel and tape over a vent or fan.

TIP 4: This oil is great to use on skin that may have suffered from acne scars, pimples and wrinkles.

TIP 5: Add this oil to your bath water and soak for a little bit at the end of a long day!

BONUS TIP: If you have a nervous dad at the birth of his child, put a drop or two on dad, or diffuse in the birthing room to help calm him!

PROPERTIES of Gentle Baby:
Rosewood Essential Oil (Aniba rosaeodora) has antiviral, antibacterial, anti-infectious and antifungal properties. It is emotionally stabilizing and sometimes used for depression.
Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia) has analgesic and anti-spasmodic properties. It helps relief stress, sore muscles, menstrual cramps and nervous tension in the body.
Lemon Essential Oil (Citrus limon) has antiseptic and immune stimulating properties. It is purifying and uplifting.
Geranium Essential Oil (Pelargonium graveolens) has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-depressant, and sedative properties. Its aroma lifts the spirit and releases negative emotions.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (Cananga odorata) has antidepressant, antispasmodic and sedative properties. It balances the male and female energies of the body.
Rose Otto Essential Oil (Rosa damascena) has anti-hemorrhaging, anti-infectious and aphrodisiac properties. It is stimulating to the mind and creates a sense of well being.

This oil has bergamot which can cause photo-sensitivity, do not apply to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight within 48 hours. For those with very sensitive skin, you may want to dilute this oil with Young Living's V6 oil.
* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.
