TIP 1:  Ocotea is an oil that has been shown to help people achieve and maintain healthy body weight. It can be added to drinking water, applied topically and even put into empty capsules and taken orally.

TIP 2: One of the most remarkable findings for ocotea so far has been its ability to help maintain healthy blood-sugar levels.

TIP 3: Ocotea essential oil has been honored as spiritual oil for many years. It is known to cleanse or purify the spirit.

TIP 4: This oil is actually a natural anti-inflammatory...so think of areas of irritation that are caused by inflammation...ocotea may be of help in those areas.

TIP 5: And the last one for this oil, Ocotea, also has natural cleansing and purifying properties for physical needs, beyond the spiritual ones previously listed.

Therapeutic Properties of Ocotea: antifungal, anti-histamine, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant

* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.
