TIP 1: One
of the important benefits of Celery Seed essential oil is the unique chemical
components; they can help you control your levels of stress hormones which
in turn lowers your blood pressure.
TIP 2: This oil has anti-inflammatory qualities, like many of them do, because of this; you can use it to help reduce the swelling and pain in joints. If you suffer from arthritis, you might want to give this oil a try.
TIP 3: Celery Seed oil is amazing for
helping the liver detoxify and because it has the
ability to help reduce the uric acid, it has been used in many natural
remedies for gout.
TIP 4: If you are suffering from respiration issues...like
bronchitis and respiratory
congestion, related
to the common cold or
flu,
you might want to try rubbing celery seed on your chest or diffuse it in the
room you are in.
TIP 5: Let's
touch on emotions for a moment here. Celery seed is a well known oil to aid the
liver. Very frequently, you will find
physical health issues directly tied to emotional issues. So, it might be
beneficial to mention that when addressing liver health issues, the emotions of
anger, or rage,
are "housed" in your liver. Celery seed might then be a good oil to
use, in combination with some positive affirmations about your anger, or use this bible verse that I
really like Romans 15:13 May
the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that
you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
And while speaking that verse, rub the oil over the area of your liver.
Because this oil has the
ability to induce menstruation, this is an oil you will want to AVOID in pregnancy.
Properties of Celery Seed: Antibacterial, antioxidant, antirheumatic, antiseptic (urinary), antispasmodic, digestive aid, diuretic, heptic (stimulates drainage), liver protectant, tonic (neuromuscular) and relaxant.

.* Not all oils or oil companies are the same! Young Living oils are THE ONLY
oils I would trust with internal use! Occasionally an oil will feel
"hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier
oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier
oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or
coconut oil.
