TIP 1: This is an amazing oil exclusively bottled at the Young Living's St. Maries farm in Idaho. Our bodies have a frequency (an energy). A healthy person's frequency is between 62-68 MHz. The lower your frequency goes, the less health you have until you reach a frequency of 0, in which you have no life. Until the discovery of the Idaho Blue Spruce oil in 2012, it was believed that Rose oil had the highest frequency of all pure oils at 320MHz. It has been discovered that Idaho Blue Spruce is at a frequency of 428MHz! By diffusing this oil or rubbing it on your body, you will help raise your frequency, which is always a good thing!

Occasionally an oil will feel "hot", if this happens, or you get an oil in your eye, add a carrier oil to dilute it, NEVER water, remember oil and water don't mix! A good carrier oil could be Young Living's V6 oil or something you cook with like olive or coconut oil.
